Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Frankfort, KY. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. Additional tasks include coordinating with other healthcare professionals, providing patient education on managing conditions, and participating in continuous improvement of therapy methods.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care management
- Knowledge in Medicine and acute/chronic pain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Kentucky
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings is a plus
