Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Proactive Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their health goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person to ensure optimal results.
- Diagnose patients' conditions through observations and consultations, using your expertise to determine the best course of action.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to improve patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
- Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to their treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state where you reside.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- CPR and first aid certification.
