Proactive Path Consulting is a boutique growth and operations consulting firm partnering closely with founders across startups, service-based businesses, tech companies, DTC brands, and growing personal brands. We specialize in combining high-level strategy with hands-on execution — operating as a fractional growth partner for businesses navigating growth, scale, marketing, operations, brand positioning, and content strategy.


Our work spans a range of growth initiatives including marketing strategy, operational infrastructure, brand positioning, content direction, paid acquisition, social media management, and full-funnel execution support. We work closely with founders to help eliminate bottlenecks, create scalable systems, and drive sustainable business growth.


We are currently hiring a full-time, commission-only Sales & Growth Partner to help expand our client base through outbound relationship-building and strategic sales efforts. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with uncapped earning potential and long-term growth opportunities as the company continues to scale.


This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, confident in outbound sales, and deeply understands the world of marketing, consulting, startups, and founder-led businesses.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning the outbound sales process from prospecting to close
  • Conducting cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and other strategic channels
  • Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead lists, and outreach automation tools such as Dripify
  • Identifying and qualifying founders aligned with our ideal client profile
  • Leading initial qualification and discovery conversations
  • Managing pipeline follow-up and relationship nurturing
  • Handling objections confidently and strategically
  • Coordinating and attending proposal/strategy calls with the founder
  • Supporting proposal preparation and follow-up communications
  • Maintaining organization and visibility across outreach and pipeline activity
  • Contributing ideas to improve sales systems, outreach strategy, and positioning as the company grows
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, business development, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and growth strategy
  • Previous experience in marketing, consulting, startups, agencies, freelance consulting, or founder-led businesses
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-discipline and initiative
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with founders and executives
  • Comfortable handling objections and navigating sales conversations strategically
  • Startup experience is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling marketing, consulting, or agency services
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, outreach tools, or outbound automation platforms
  • Miami-based preferred (for occasional in-person collaboration), though remote applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only, uncapped earning opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who is confident in outbound sales and excited by performance-based compensation.


Commission is earned on closed client retainers, with deals starting at $3,500 and scaling significantly depending on scope and engagement level. Commission rates currently range between approximately 15–20% per closed account based on package size and structure.


This role is designed for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by autonomy, ownership, and long-term growth potential. While outbound sales in an early-stage environment requires consistency and persistence, there is strong earning potential for someone capable of building relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and closing business consistently.


As the company continues to scale, expand its systems, and increase inbound demand, earning potential and opportunity within the role will continue to grow alongside it.


The company has already established strong early traction and is now focused on scaling outbound growth, partnerships, and client acquisition infrastructure.

Estimated Earnings Potential

This is a performance-based role with uncapped commission. Based on realistic early-stage sales activity and current engagement structures, strong performers can reasonably expect an annual earning range of approximately $60,000–$150,000 , depending on consistency, deal flow, and overall performance.


This range reflects commission-based outcomes in a fully outbound-driven role and is not a fixed salary. Actual earnings will vary based on individual output, pipeline management, and ability to close qualified opportunities.
