ABOUT PROACTIVE MARKETING

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a book of chiropractic clients as their primary point of contact (text, call, email)
- Manage the full client lifecycle — onboarding, launch, check-ins, billing, and offboarding
- Coach clients to hit their goals using our proven marketing system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, fulfillment, and leadership
- Identify upsell opportunities and proactively surface retention risks
- Collect client feedback and help drive continuous improvement
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 1 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or High-Ticket Sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with remote tools: Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom (or similar)
- A proactive mindset — you get ahead of problems before they become fires
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals
- Direct response marketing experience (a strong plus)
