Company Description
Proactive Fire Protection is a small, locally owned and operated, sprinkler company located just outside of Downtown Pensacola. We specialize in the design, installation, and ITM of fire protection systems for new construction, remodels and existing systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Sprinkler Fitter or Helper.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling and installing Sprinkler Systems
- Experience working with a variety of hand tools, power tools and machines
- Knowledge of sprinkler components and their operation
- Expertise in working with pipes, including cutting, threading and grooving
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and operate in various environmental conditions
- Clean driving record and no criminal history preferred
No prior Fire Protection experience necessary for helper position, but some general construction experience preferred.
