Your Job

Servicing property owners through preventative maintenance, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement (repairs, installations, improvements and maintenance) of variety projects, which could include but not limited (minor electrical, minor painting, minor plumbing, minor HVAC, mounting TV’s, snow removal, hanging pictures, purchasing, etc). By ensuring high standards of safety, being able to perform work in an efficient, timely, and professional manner. Being able to communicate properly with ProActiv Prevention’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide solutions for preventative maintenance plans, maintenance plans, repairs, replacements, and handyman work.
• Perform all work orders to its completion (Preventative Maintenance, Maintenance, Repair, or Replace) for every job ticket you are assigned.
• Ensure the customer satisfaction is upheld at all times, understanding that the job isn’t complete until the customer is happy.
• Keep all tools clean and organized
• Coordinate and prioritize all work related activities that require your involvement so that time is maximized and used efficiently.
• Prepare for jobs to ensure efficient time management by getting all necessary job supplies and tools.
  
  

Knowledge & Skill

Five Years Experience In The Following

• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Basic carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Basic HVAC troubleshooting
  
  

You Must Have The Following

• Active and valid driver’s license
• Valid car insurance
• Your own tools
• Your own vehicle (we pay mileage reimbursement)
