  • Coordinate materials, inspections, subcontractors, and project milestones.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and company leadership.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
  • Manage change orders, project updates, and closeout documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of residential construction project management experience preferred, with a demonstrated record of independently managing successful projects.

  • Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, trades, and building processes.
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and control project costs.
  • Experience using construction project management software; JobTread experience is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology, digital documentation, and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the confidence to take ownership and drive results.

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You recognize what needs to happen, take initiative, and follow through.
