Divisional Sales Manager
This position is responsible for the sale of Pro-Vigil services in a specified region or major
geographical area and provides ongoing support and management of Pro-Vigil Sales
Representatives within the region.
Responsibilities
● Provides quality leadership for Pro-Vigil’s customers in all assigned tasks, while
upholding Pro-Vigil’s values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving,
facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
● Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Pro-Vigil services as they are
sold into all customer segments within Region.
● Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
● Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Pro-Vigil’s customers.
● Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
● Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda
preparation.
● Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to
customers.
● Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and
customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
● Manages the Sales Representatives regarding performance, coaching, mentoring, and
career development.
● Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
● Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this
vision.
● Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifying trends that
affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
● Report to and work with the Chief Revenue Officer on sales initiatives and goals.

● Working knowledge of construction companies and dealerships within an assigned sales
territory is desired

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business management preferred
● 5 years’ experience in a sales management role
● Surveillance sales preferred
● Able and willing to travel 50% of the time
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
● The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch
or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and
ability to adjust focus.
