Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal as needed.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to build hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and basic mechanical repairs when necessary.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques, garden maintenance, tree care, and hardscape installation is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various landscaping tasks.
