About Us:
We are a growing commercial landscape, turf, irrigation, and snow & ice management company serving commercial properties, HOAs, retail centers, office parks, industrial buildings, and municipalities across Connecticut. We are expanding and hiring a Business Development professional to help grow our commercial portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect & secure new commercial landscape and snow contracts
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, facility directors & owners
- Conduct property walks and scope needs for proposals & snow bids
- Attend networking events to generate referrals
- Track sales activity in CRM & manage your pipeline
- Work with Operations for smooth onboarding of new accounts
What We're Looking For:
- Prior B2B or business development experience (property services a plus)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- $60,000 annual base salary
- commission on new gross sales
- PTO Paid Holidays
- Phone, laptop, CRM access, mileage reimbursement
- Earnings potential $100k–$150k by year two
