Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Experience working as a Customer Service Representative and in Account Management roles is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software, with an ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or related fields are a plus.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an advantage.
