We are seeking a skilled bilingual (English/Spanish) Stone Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working with natural and engineered stone surfaces and is comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Polish and finish granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces to high-quality standards
- Operate polishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors (English/Spanish)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in stone polishing or countertop fabrication preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and polishing machinery
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
