Position Summary
The Sales Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer projects throughout the Raleigh market. This role partners closely with Sales Representatives, internal operations, and external stakeholders to deliver profitable, high-quality kitchen and bath projects. The ideal candidate has strong deal-closing skills, leadership experience, and hands-on knowledge of stone surfaces—such as quartz, marble, and granite—with cabinetry experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans and revenue goals
- Identify new leads, business opportunities, and market expansion avenues
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, designers, architects, and key partners
- Lead, train, coach, and support sales team members to meet or exceed performance targets
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training or development needs
- Coordinate cross-functionally with CAD, Production, Install, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure delivery within cost and schedule expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, project updates, and performance reports to leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales or project management experience, preferably in stone, cabinetry, construction, or home improvement
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Raleigh area
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to move throughout showrooms, offices, and client job sites
- Occasional lifting of samples or materials (up to 15 lbs.)
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance in alignment with company standards
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
