Pro-Tops Inc. is looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic HR professional to join our Human Resources Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, recruiting talent, improving processes, and helping create a positive and productive work environment.
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced company environment.
HR Specialist – Recruiting & Operations
Compensation: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting activities, including:
- Job postings
- Resume screening
- Phone screenings
- Interview coordination
- Candidate follow-up
- Onboarding support
- Assist with employee evaluations, follow-ups, and performance tracking
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Support day-to-day HR department operations and administrative tasks
- Monitor attendance, onboarding progress, and training completion
- Help improve HR systems and workflows through organization and process improvement
- Utilize AI tools and technology to help automate and streamline HR processes
- Coordinate communication between supervisors, departments, and employees
- Assist with HR reports, spreadsheets, and compliance-related documentation
- Support employee engagement and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administration, or related field preferred
- Bilingual required — English & Spanish
- Familiar with HR operations, recruiting processes, employee follow-up, and administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
- Experience with AI tools, automation, or process improvement is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
