Duties
- Measure, cut, and prepare window tinting films tailored to each vehicle’s specifications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Clean and prep vehicle windows thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion of tinting films
- Apply tint films smoothly, eliminating bubbles, creases, and imperfections for a flawless finish
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to trim excess film and secure edges for long-lasting results
- Inspect completed installations for quality control, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste materials, and adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as glass cleaning or minor repairs as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in window tinting installation or automotive customization is highly preferred
- Dealership experience or familiarity with auto glass and vehicle detailing enhances your candidacy
- Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) integration is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for precise work
- Understanding of auto body repair, glass installation, and vehicle maintenance processes
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure perfect installations
- Familiarity with auto estimating software or automotive repair procedures is advantageous
