What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Window Tinter position at Pro Tint of Florida?
We are hiring experienced window tinters who can demonstrate their workmanship on site prior to hiring.
This is NOT an entry-level position. No training will be provided.
We average 15-30 cars per day during the week at our Downtown Orlando location and have amazing pay potential. Pro Tint of Florida specializes in window tinting, paint protection film, vinyl wraps and ceramic coating applications. We've been in business for over 25 years and have three locations in Central Florida.
Our Downtown Orlando location is seeking an experienced automotive window film installer who strives for perfection in their craft. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is capable of adapting to a wide range of vehicles and techniques.
We are a highly motivated and focused team dedicated to delivering the highest quality results to our clients. We stand behind our work and are seeking film installers who value their craftsmanship above all else.
You must have a cheerful and positive attitude, clean driving record, be on time/punctual, team player and have a great ability to learn.
Requirements:
- 2 years or more experience installing automotive window films in a shop environment, excluding backyard or at home work
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus
- Be willing to demonstrate your workmanship on-site prior to hiring
Responsibilities:
- Cut, measure and install automotive window films as a team in a busy shop-based environment.
- Use computer-cutting software to cut film patterns specific to the make, model and year of every vehicle.
- Remove old window films as needed, including warranty work.
- Work in a neat, efficient, and clean manner; all debris must be removed and windows clean prior to delivering work to clients.
- Occasionally travel to our other shops in the Orlando area to work for the day as needed.
