The Opportunity

As a Physical Therapist at PRO Therapy, your responsibility is simple:

Deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping people confidently return to the activities they love.

Every patient receives individualized, evidence-based care built around their goals, not a standardized protocol.

You'll primarily treat orthopedic conditions including:

·      Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain

·      Sports injuries

·      Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation

·      Work-related injuries

·      Motor vehicle accident recovery

·      Balance and mobility concerns

·      Injury prevention

·      Return-to-sport

·      Performance optimization

Qualifications

Required

·      Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota.

·      Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning and treatment skills.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Commitment to evidence-based care and lifelong learning.

·      Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

·      CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred

·      Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine populations.

·      Dry needling certification or interest in advanced manual therapy techniques is a plus.
