What are the responsibilities and job description for the Upholsterer position at Pro-Tech Vinyl Repair & Upholstery?
We have openings for High Skilled Service Installers. We offer paid training, paid vacation, holiday pay, a good work environment and a great opportunity to advance in various areas in the company. Pay range starts $25-33 depending on experience
Duties will include:
- Assess and repair upholstery and vinyl for various items, restoring them to high standards.
- Measure, cut, and sew materials accurately to meet design specifications and ensure quality finishes.
- Use upholstery tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete projects.
- Interact professionally with customers to understand needs and provide guidance on upholstery care.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold Pro-Tech’s quality and safety standards.
The positions we are looking to fill require:
- Valid Driver License with good driving history
- Must be able to operate a small box truck
- Must submit to drug screen and background check
- Upholstery and industrial sewing machine experience is required
- Basic mechanical/tool knowledge required
