Overview
Pro-Tech Staffing has been helping manufacturers build great teams for nearly 30 years. As we expand into the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky market, we’re looking for an Onsite Lead / Account Manager to help support our workforce and client relationships.
As one of the first hires supporting our Cincinnati expansion, you’ll have a unique opportunity to make a visible impact, help shape the growth of the office, and play a key role in building our presence in the region.
This position combines employee relations, account management, recruiting support, and workforce coordination. You’ll work directly with employees and client leadership to ensure a positive experience and successful operation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on assignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers and supervisors
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation activities
- Monitor attendance, employee performance, and workforce issues
- Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace challenges
- Conduct regular onsite visits and maintain a visible presence with employees
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records within Avionté and other internal systems
- Partner with the recruiting team to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Assist with reporting, workforce planning, and client communication
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with hourly employees is preferred
- Experience using ATS or HR systems is a plus
- Familiarity with manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial environments is preferred
- Knowledge of the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky market is a plus
Compensation
- $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience
