We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Offering 4-7 hours, 3 days a week (With room for growth up to 40 hours a week.)

Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices and make sure all calculations are accurate
  • Submit invoices through different online platforms
  • Inform customers of past due invoices
  • Submit quotes for approval
  • Inform customers of upcoming jobs
  • Ensure all work orders have corresponding invoices
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Implement and improve organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Mathematics
