Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on warehouse associate who enjoys working with tools and building things. This role is perfect for someone with carpentry, construction, or fabrication experience — or someone eager to learn those skills while working in a busy, team-oriented warehouse.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and hardware.
- Assemble, prep, or modify door frames and components (using hand and power tools).
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (carts, saws, drills, fasteners, etc.).
- Pull and stage materials for jobs; prepare shipments for delivery.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and maintaining an organized shop.
- Learn custom fabrication and field prep skills under experienced team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, fasteners).
- Experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, or related trade preferred — but willing to train the right person.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely (up to 75 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well on a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for possible deliveries).
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Starting pay range: $19-22/hr
- Health insurance options available
Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day through New Year’s Day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
