Summary
As an Office Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing clerical tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient communication both in-person and over the phone. With core skills in computer literacy, organizational abilities, and administrative experience, you will support daily office functions. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and , along with relevant experience in data entry and calendar management, will enhance our team's productivity and contribute to a positive work environment.
