Now Hiring: Fertilizer Delivery & Shop Assistant
Full-Time | $25–$30 per hour (DOE) | Monday–Friday Overtime Opportunities

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing operation as a Fertilizer Delivery & Shop Assistant. This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same, perfect for someone who likes staying busy and taking pride in getting the job done.
You’ll work alongside a small, dedicated crew helping keep our fertilizer and chemical operations running smoothly. From working in the shop to making field deliveries, you’ll play a key role in supporting local agriculture and ensuring our customers get what they need, when they need it.
What You’ll Do
In this versatile, hands-on position, you’ll help with a wide range of daily tasks, including:
- Maintaining and servicing fertilizer pumps in the shop
- Sorting, organizing, and preparing chemicals for delivery
- Driving liquid fertilizer trucks and delivering tanks to local fields
- Safely delivering chemicals and supplies to customers
- Assisting with chemigation setup and calibration
- Pitching in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
This is truly a “do-it-all” position where reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are valued.
What We’re Looking For
- CDL A (Required) or willingness to obtain one
- 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Washington State Commercial Applicator Pesticide License
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing tasks
Bonus Skill: Welding experience (please include in your application)
