Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this important office-based role, you'll support our service technicians and help ensure our customers receive timely, professional care. Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required during peak seasons)
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily technician schedules and dispatch them effectively throughout the day
- Book service appointments, schedule follow-ups, and communicate clearly with customers
- Deliver outstanding customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
- Keep accurate records and update customer information in our service system
- Collaborate with technicians and leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
- Prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
What You Need
- 3 years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry abilities (proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and focused
- Good knowledge of the Santa Fe area or strong navigation skills
- Professional phone demeanor and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Mechanical aptitude or prior HVAC industry knowledge (preferred)
- Familiarity with dispatch software (experience with FieldEdge is a strong plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
