We are seeking Industrial Painters. This is a full-time position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job consists of some prepping and utilizing a pressure pot system. - Pay: $24-27 based on experience
- Health insurance available after 90 days of employment
- PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment
- Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8- 10 hours per day and some Saturdays
- Overtime Available

Job Duties of Industrial Painter:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed
- Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to surfaces in accordance with specifications
- Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and other painting equipment
- Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards and correct any defects
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and ventilation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or other technical documents
- Assist with routine maintenance of painting equipment and tools
- Pass a paint test
- Experience with a pressure pot system
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in industrial painting or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with different types of coatings and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations related to painting and coatings
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Salary : $24 - $27
