Responsibilities
- Source candidates for corporate employee positions.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide recruiting support to hiring managers.
- Engage with candidates daily and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Manage onsite recruiting activities and employee referral programs.
- Create and maintain job postings.
- Prepare recruiting reports and track hiring activity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- 1 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Skills in candidate sourcing and interviewing.
