We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Westford team.
Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists to provide individualized treatment programs for orthopedic, sports medicine, spine, and post-operative patients. You’ll play an important role in helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outpatient orthopedic experience is strongly preferred. We are seeking a PTA who is comfortable treating a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions in a busy private practice setting.
What You’ll Do
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy techniques, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with supervising therapists
- Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted documentation
- Help create an outstanding patient experience through compassionate, individualized care
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine
- Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a collaborative clinical team
