Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and expedite inbound calls from clients & customers
- Maintain a kill ratio/performance goal of at least 80%
- Schedule and manage inspection orders
- Follow established processes to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Participate in a Saturday rotation (1-2 partial Saturdays per month)
