TECHNICAL TRAINER

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing and delivering training programs that empower others to master advanced technologies. You will play a key role in educating both internal teams and clients on technical systems and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Become a subject matter expert on technology products within the industry
• Gain in-depth knowledge of operational systems and controls
• Conduct classroom and remote training sessions for employees and clients
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs that meet adult learning standards
• Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of training content, manuals, and resources
• Provide ongoing education for technical support and field technicians
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions with customers as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features, tools, and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to support department growth and innovation
• Travel occasionally to support onsite training needs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years’ experience in a technical training capacity
• Background in training for advanced manufacturing technologies or software applications
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical aptitude
• Skilled in adult learning methods and instructional design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Ability to train effectively in both classroom and virtual settings
  
  

Preferred

• Associate degree, trade school, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience developing training programs in fast-paced, innovative environments
