We’re seeking a Senior Applications Support Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. This highly visible and impactful role will put you at the center of enterprise operations—your expertise will directly enhance productivity, security, and scalability across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide tier 2/3 support for mission-critical applications including Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Zoom Enterprise, Zendesk, NetSuite, HubSpot, and others.
- Manage identity governance, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and full user lifecycle management.
- Optimize workflows and implement automation using Zapier, APIs, or custom scripts.
- Build dashboards, audits, and reports that transform data into actionable insights.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and lead onboarding sessions for end users.
- Collaborate across teams and coordinate with vendors for escalations and feature enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in SaaS administration within high-growth or high-performance environments.
- Strong expertise in Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace Enterprise, Zoom Enterprise, and other core SaaS platforms.
- Proactive troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA) and Zero Trust security principles.
