Job Summary
The Investor Sales Rep is responsible for selling deals acquired by Pro Source Home Buyers to Investors. The rep will build relationships with investors, market and sell investment properties.
Essential Responsibilities
- Receives list of specific properties to position to potential buyers for purchase
- Works to position properties for sale listing
- Coordinates property tours with interested buyers
- Conducts negotiations with potential buyers
- Assists in collecting earnest deposits from interested buyers
- Provide updates and briefings on team performance and goal achievement benchmarks
- Participates in team meetings and meetings with company leadership
Role Success Statements
- Monthly Added Revenue is in-line with the set target ($300k per rep per month)
- Weekly hustle is inline with the target and apparent to the team (calls, office time, showings, meetups, etc)
- Your assigned properties have 3 offers
- 10 new buyers are added every week and new relationships are started

Qualifications
- Proven networking skills in a sales environment
- Demonstrated expert level relationship building experience
- Experience in sales contract negotiations
- Ability to easily multi-task and work several different projects simultaneously
- Thrivability in a fast paced sales environment
- Comfortable cold calling and networking using several different medias and methods
- Expert level communication skills in all medias (phone, email, text, instant messaging)
- Proficient in modern smart technology with the ability to use multiple platforms, devices and smart device applications (apps)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid U.S driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- $90,000 - $150,000
