We are seeking a Senior Hardscape Foreman who takes immense pride in craftsmanship, understands structural integrity, and knows how to lead a crew with authority, efficiency, and respect.

Year-Round Stability: While our spring, summer, and fall are dedicated to high-end hardscaping, we offer guaranteed winter income and leadership roles through our commercial snow management operations.Core Responsibilities

  • Safely operate skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors, wet/dry saws, and laser levels.
  • Communicate daily progress, material needs, delays, or potential field change-orders to the main office.

What We’re Looking For

  • Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating skid steers, excavators, and power equipment safely in tight residential quarters.
  • Leadership Style: Solution-oriented, calm under field stress, and able to lead by example.
