What you’ll do
- Assist in the installation/removal of various types of interior/exterior signage.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare job sites and clean up post installation, including but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, setting and securing perimeters, getting visibility for any interior/exterior sign type, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Follow ALL safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleague, including wearing protective gear.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any challenges encountered.
- Support the troubleshooting of issues during installations, providing solutions as needed.
Basic qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and ascend/descend vertical workspaces.
- Ability to access/work in tight spaces.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Have basic knowledge of hand tools, including but not limited to: drills, hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, various saws, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or installation work is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with operating boom/bucket lifts (certification may be required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
