Installation Helper/Laborer

Join our dynamic team as an Installation Helper/Laborer, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the sign installation process. What you’ll do

• Assist in the installation of interior/exterior signage.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare job sites and clean up post installation, including but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, setting and securing perimeters, getting visibility for any interior/exterior sign types, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Follow ALL safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, including wearing protective gear.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any challenges encountered.
• Support the troubleshooting of issues during installations, providing solutions as needed.

Basic qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and ascend/descend vertical work spaces.
• Ability to access/work in tight spaces.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Have basic knowledge of hand tools, including but not limited to: drills, hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, various saws, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or installation work is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with operating Boom/Bucket lifts (certification may be required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
