Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated, hardworking Sales Technician to join our fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking career growth and advancement beyond the field technician role. You'll start by performing quality residential service plumbing work while selling and upselling services in the field, but this position offers a clear pathway to high-paying office positions, management roles, and other business opportunities within our rapidly expanding company. What You'll Do
- Close sales and convert service opportunities into revenue-generating projects by effectively presenting solutions and demonstrating value to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and property managers to generate repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty
- Qualify leads and close deals by promptly answering calls, identifying hot prospects, and converting them immediately
- Develop business-to-business relationships to unlock commercial opportunities and expand our customer base
- Follow up aggressively on leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversion rates and drive sales growth
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with every customer interaction to maximize revenue potential
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing services efficiently-including drain/sewer cleaning, water line installations, and larger excavation projects
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent service to build customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Track sales activities, revenue generated, and pipeline opportunities to drive continuous growth and inform strategy
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices, identify market opportunities, and collectively drive company growth
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands on plumbing technician industry experience
- Strong sales ability with ability to close deals
- Ability to perform residential service plumbing work (minimal experience acceptable with right attitude)
- Hardworking and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Motivated, outgoing, and ready to launch a career with long-term growth potential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, solution-focused attitude with a "no excuses" mindset
- Ability to represent the company professionally
- Willing to work long hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is ideal, but not required
