Hydro-blast/Vacuum Truck Supervisor

The Hydro-blast/Vacuum Truck Supervisor oversees a team of employees specializing in industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, pipeline maintenance, and municipal services. This role ensures safe and efficient operation of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor provides training, allocates resources, and coordinates with customers to meet project goals without the need for travel, utilizing manual reporting tools to document activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of hydro-blasting and vacuum truck operators
• Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards
• Operate and oversee hydro-blasting and vacuum truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage routine maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Implement quality control measures to meet client and project specifications
• Provide training and development to enhance team skills and performance
• Prepare and submit manual reports documenting work progress and incidents
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
• Liaise with customers to address concerns and coordinate project requirements
• Resolve operational problems promptly to ensure smooth workflows

Required Qualifications

• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in hydro-blasting or vacuum truck operations
• Proficiency in hydro-blasting techniques and vacuum truck operation
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
