Looking for a hands-on technical role where you can hit the road, work directly with clients, and make a real impact? We’re looking for a Network Copier Installer to join our client's team!
In this role, you'll be the face of our client’s copier installation and training service, delivering, setting up, and connecting equipment, while also ensuring clients are confident using their new devices. You’ll combine technical expertise, customer service, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver and install copiers, printers, scanners, and related equipment at client locations across the country.
- Connect devices to client networks and install necessary software (drivers, scanning tools, etc.)
- Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues on-site
- Train end users on equipment functions and best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation, collect client signatures, and complete post-install paperwork
- Communicate with Sales and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay current on products and services; assist with product demos when needed
- Support internal operations such as warehouse prep and occasional Help Desk coverage
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of related experience OR an associate degree in a relevant field
- Experience supporting Konica Minolta printers
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, etc.)
- Proficiency with Windows environments (Mac experience is a plus!)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable training both technical and non-technical users
- A valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT certification
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely and confidently
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
