Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with homeowners to educate them on roofing options, materials, warranties, and installation processes
- Inspect roofs for visible signs of wear or damage and provide accurate assessments
- Present detailed, custom quotes and help homeowners understand project scope and timeline
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead follow-up to contract close and handoff to the production team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM platform
- Build trust and rapport within local communities by representing the company with professionalism and care
- Exceed performance goals and drive customer satisfaction through consistent, ethical selling
Qualifications:
- Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record in roofing sales, solar sales, cellular sales, pest control, or B2B sales.
- Stellar communication skills and a knack for building rapport.
- Self-motivated with a relentless drive for success.
