Learning & Development Specialist | Pro Resources (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage engaging staff learning programs
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions to diverse groups
- Research and recommend innovative training methods
- Collaborate across departments to support new initiatives and continuous improvement
- Maintain process documentation and explore new software platforms
- Support staff with our applicant tracking system and integrated platforms
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay ahead of industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members, managers, and external partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Microsoft Teams experience a plus
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to regularly travel to other Indiana Pro Resources offices and also attend out-of-state training 1–3 times annually
- Staffing industry experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite in either Angola, Plymouth or Elkhart, IN Pro Resources office
