Bilingual Recruitment Specialist (Direct Hire)
Location: Huntington, IN
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to support our Huntington, IN office. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stability, growth, and the chance to be a key player in a busy branch.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Complete onboarding, employment verifications, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes
- Support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
