What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Pro Residential Services?
We are seeking an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER with experience in apartment complexes to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in property management and 60-100 units
- MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
