This is a remote role, open only to candidates who reside in Arlington, VA, as on-site visits and local errands are regularly required. You'll love bringing your ideas to the table and will work closely with the agents to explore new approaches, test fresh concepts, and produce marketing that feels elevated, on-brand, and aligned with the team's vision. You'll create content, write copy, design materials, and help plan client appreciation and community events. The role also includes occasional local errands, attending staging, photography, or inspection appointments, and ensuring marketing materials are prepared and delivered efficiently. You'll use tools-including AI-to refine, streamline, and enhance your work, allowing you to stay organized, work efficiently, and deliver polished results that strengthen the team's presence in the market.Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus
