Pro Quality Concrete
Plano, TX Full Time
POSTED ON 7/6/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/29/2026

Job title: Concrete Field Project Coordinator
Company: Pro Quality Concrete Inc.
Pay: $25–$30 per hour based on experience
Job type: 1099, Full-time
Location type: In person / Field-based

Background

Pro Quality Concrete is a well-established, locally owned and family-operated concrete contractor, offering a variety of expert concrete services. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on bilingual Concrete Field Project Coordinator to help manage projects after they have been approved and scheduled.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with crews and clients, solving problems, and making sure projects are completed properly from start to finish.

Role Overview

The Concrete Field Project Coordinator will help coordinate the day-to-day execution of approved concrete projects. Once a project has been sold, scoped, and scheduled, this person will help ensure the job is clearly handed off, properly prepared, well communicated, and completed to Pro Quality Concrete’s high standards.

This is not a sales role. The primary focus is project execution, client communication, crew coordination, materials support, quality control, and post-installation follow-up.

The right person must be comfortable visiting job sites, walking projects with clients and crews, documenting details, coordinating with the office, and keeping everyone aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Project Handoff & Job Preparation

  • Review the approved project scope, measurements, photos, notes, client preferences, and special instructions before the job begins.
  • Understand exactly what was agreed with the client and what needs to be delivered.
  • Coordinate with ownership, sales/estimating, and the office team to clarify project details before work starts.
  • Help make sure crews have the information they need before arriving on site.
  • Confirm that materials, equipment, access, and scheduling details are ready for the project.

On-Site Project Coordination

  • Visit job sites at the start of projects and during key stages of the work.
  • Walk the site to confirm layout, expectations, access, and any special concerns.
  • Walk the site with the crew to explain the scope, measurements, layout, and client expectations.
  • Monitor work to make sure it stays on scope, on schedule, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Identify potential issues early and communicate them clearly to the appropriate person.
  • Support multiple active projects depending on workload and schedule.

Client Communication

  • Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients once the project begins.
  • Keep clients updated on arrival times, progress, delays, changes, and completion timing.
  • Answer client questions professionally and calmly.
  • Make sure client concerns are heard, documented, and addressed appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly when a client request may require a change order or additional approval.

Crew, Materials & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with crews to ensure they understand the work to be completed.
  • Help confirm that materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, crew members, and the office team as needed.
  • Help reduce delays caused by unclear instructions, missing materials, or poor communication.
  • Keep ownership and the office team updated on project progress and jobsite needs.

Documentation & Change Orders

  • Capture jobsite photos, notes, updates, and important client communications.
  • Keep project records updated using company systems, notes, photos, and other communication tools.
  • Help document any changes requested by the client before additional work is performed.
  • Support the use of clear summaries, job notes, and project documentation to ensure the field team understands exactly what was agreed.

Quality Control & Project Closeout

  • Inspect completed work against the agreed scope and quality expectations.
  • Walk the completed project with the client when and if appropriate.
  • Help resolve small issues quickly before they become larger problems.
  • Confirm that projects are completed properly before final closeout.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience in any of the following: concrete, construction, hardscaping, remodeling, landscaping, field supervision, or another service-based project management environment.

Direct concrete experience is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates from adjacent industries who have strong field coordination, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working on active job sites.

  • Able to communicate with and coordinate crews respectfully and clearly
  • Calm under pressure and able to solve problems in real time.
  • Comfortable using a phone, photos, texts, emails, job notes, and basic project software.
  • Willing to learn Pro Quality Concrete’s process and follow it consistently.
