Pro Quality Cleaning is a commercial cleaning/janitorial service with four branch offices located in York, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Exton, PA; and Fishersville, VA.
We are looking to hire a Vice President of Sales to lead our sales & marketing team to generate new business and increase revenue. This role focuses on creating sales strategies, setting goals, and ensuring the team has the tools and motivation to succeed. This position will help the company grow by finding new business opportunities and improving sales processes.
This position will work out of our corporate office in York, PA.
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Create and follow sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
- Find new business opportunities by researching the market, studying competitors, and reaching out to potential customers.
- Lead sales efforts to win new clients.
- Lead marketing team to create lead generation campaigns and sales promotions.
- Using the Rule of 78, focus on growing revenue by at least $1,000,000 per year through personal sales effort.
- Focus on monthly recurring contracts worth $8,000 per month or more in recurring revenue.
Leadership
- Manage and support sales team and marketing staff to meet sales goals.
- Coach, train, and give regular feedback to sales staff.
- Hold and/or participate in sales meetings, review sales progress, and evaluate performance.
- Attend and/or lead weekly L10 meetings at the corporate office and participate in key decision-making processes.
Sales & Analytics
- Track important sales numbers and analyze performance using reports and Pipedrive CRM software.
- Study sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and challenges, then adjust strategies as needed.
- Use data to improve sales success and help the team meet goals.
- Keep the CRM system and sales database accurate and updated.
- Use sales tools and technology to make work easier and more efficient.
- Find and introduce new technologies to help the team be more productive and connect better with customers.
- Train the team on how to use sales software effectively.
Forecasting & Revenue Planning
- Work with senior leadership to set realistic sales goals and revenue targets.
- Track sales numbers and adjust strategies if needed.
- Work with the operations team to match sales plans with company budgets.
Cross Department Collaboration
- Ensure each account that is bid on is operationally feasible and fits within our desired accounts.
- Collaborate with branch managers and ensure each sales-to-operations new account hand-off runs smoothly.
- Stay in contact with each new customer for 30 days after a new account is started.
Professional Development
- Establish a personal annual training plan for yourself. What will you learn new in the industry?
- Attend at least one outside training or seminar each year either in-person or virtually.
Experience and Education
Experience:
- 5-7 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in commercial janitorial, facility services, or B2B industries.
- Proven success in creating and following sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, setting goals, and providing training.
- Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, analytics, and CRM systems to improve performance.
- Ability to work with different departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to drive business success.
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis to find new sales opportunities.
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Business Apps (email and calendar).

Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary: $75,000
Commissions: We pay commissions based on estimated monthly profit. More details provided in individual interviews.
Total compensation: Expected to be $150,000 - $200,000.
