Job Requirements:
- Current license or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs through comprehensive examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, home exercises, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
