As a working foreman, you will in addition, oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while managing a team of electricians on-site.DutiesWorking Foreman will Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical crews on commercial construction sites.Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications while maintaining quality control.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols.Manage contracts and communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables.Perform construction estimating to assess material needs and labor costs accurately.Implement project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource allocation.Oversee and train electricians in best practices for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.RequirementsActive Journeyman's LicenseMicrosoft excel and wordProven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical construction industry.Strong understanding of construction management principles, including budgeting and quality control measures.Experience in pipeline installation and maintenance is preferred.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.Proficient in using ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management team.OSHA 30 certification is a plus; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential.
