Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through warm calling and follow-up to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions
- Conduct business development activities to expand our client base across various sectors
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet company objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and improve service offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management within a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in business development and generating new leads through warm calling techniques
