As a PTA, you’ll work closely with our physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain independence. You’ll play a key role in:
- Treatment Support – Implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and provide hands-on assistance.
- Patient Education – Teach patients and families how to continue care at home, use assistive devices, and build confidence in their recovery journey
- Collaboration – Work side-by-side with PTs and PTAs to deliver outstanding care
- Progress Tracking – Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging rehab experiences
- Clinic Contribution – Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for patients and team members
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- State licensure/certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (Florida)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-first mindset
