Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for carpets using appropriate cleaning methods
- Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to meet health and safety standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures, including kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures
- Manage trash disposal and replenish supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and areas cleaned
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation, carpet cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
