Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping, the leading landscape maintenance and installation provider in the Charleston area, is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving both recurring maintenance contracts and project-based landscape/hardscape sales for commercial and residential clients.
You’ll manage your own pipeline from prospecting through close, with support from a strong operations team.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do
- Generate and close maintenance contracts (commercial & residential)
- Sell landscape and hardscape installation projects
- Prospect and develop new business through networking and outreach
- Meet with clients to assess property needs and recommend both service and project solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track leads and customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions and maximize close rates
- Represent the company at local events, home shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of outside sales experience (required)
- Experience in landscape, hardscape, or construction-related sales (preferred)
- Proven ability to sell service-based work
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bids and accounts
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
