At Pro-Motion, we guide people from Health Minus → Health Plus.
We don’t just treat musculoskeletal problems. We help people rethink, retrain, and reclaim how they move, feel, and function—so they can get back to what matters most.
You’ll work as both a clinician and a guide:
- Understand the person and their goals
- Diagnose problems and identify constraints
- Design individualized pathways
- Deliver care that builds confidence and capability
Help people return to what they want, need, and love to do.
How We Think About Care
- Movement, behavior, and real-world function are connected
- Outcomes are shaped by how people adapt, learn, and respond
- Care focuses on meaningful progress—not just symptom reduction
This approach is applied daily in real patient care.
Professional Development
Our clinical model is informed by advanced movement science and functional rehabilitation principles, with ongoing collaboration and connection to organizations such as the Gray Institute, SolveMasters, and SolveGlobal.
We support continued growth through mentorship, education, and exposure to evolving models of care.
We will help you become a top-tier clinician in 2–3 years, not 10.
Who Thrives Here
Whether you’re starting your career or building on experience, you may be a strong fit if you:
- Want to grow beyond routine care
- Value both clinical skill and human connection
- Take ownership of outcomes and the patient experience
- Are curious, coachable, and motivated
This is a place to grow, develop, and make a meaningful impact.
Where We Live
Yakima isn’t a large metropolitan area—and for the right person, that’s the advantage.
- Less congestion. More focus
- A strong, connected community
- Access to mountains, rivers, and year-round outdoor activity
- A cost of living that supports a higher quality of life
Here, you have the opportunity to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.
